Business Financial Playbook Privacy Notice
Operator: LinkSphere Global. Contact: globallinksphere@gmail.com.
This notice explains how LinkSphere Global handles personal information in the Business Financial Playbook application. Our service uses your chosen business details to prepare a personalized planning report. It does not require bank access or identity documents.
Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide, such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and optional preferred name or business label. If you select Google Sign-In when available, we receive the identity information authorized for sign-in, such as your Google account identifier and verified email; we may receive your display name or profile image if the configured sign-in scopes include them. Google Sign-In does not give us access to your inbox, contacts, calendar, or Drive files.
We collect questionnaire answers you choose to provide, including your business model, offers, audience, assets, goals, work preferences, business tools, available time, and optional approximate revenue, costs, or budget ranges. Optional deeper questions and document uploads may supply additional business context. We store your reviewed answers, playbook versions, scenario changes, and related delivery/access records.
If you buy a playbook, Stripe processes the payment. We receive necessary order references, amount, currency, payment/confirmation status, and limited receipt or billing information made available by the payment integration. Payment-card information is entered into Stripe’s payment interface, not the Playbook questionnaire. We do not request or intentionally store full card numbers, security codes, bank-login credentials, government identifiers, or full tax returns.
We also receive information you send to support, including your email, message, and any relevant order reference. Contacting our Gmail support address causes the correspondence to be processed by Google’s email service. Technical services may process IP address, browser/device details, session identifiers, timestamps, and limited diagnostic or security logs needed to operate and protect the app. We minimize logs and do not intentionally place raw questionnaire answers or full playbooks in routine analytics.
Do not upload health records, biometric data, financial-account numbers, passwords, government IDs, unredacted tax returns, third-party customer lists, or confidential information you lack permission to provide. You can use broad business ranges and select “prefer not to say.” If unnecessary sensitive information is detected, we may restrict processing and arrange its removal rather than include it in a report.
Why we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, save and resume your questionnaire, generate your selected previews and paid playbook, calculate business scenarios, verify your Stripe payment after you return, provide downloads and email delivery, answer support/refund requests, prevent misuse, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Optional information is used only when relevant to the service you selected.
Authorized personnel may review limited information where needed for support, quality correction, security, payment investigation, or a legal requirement. Access is limited to the task. We do not promise that every AI-generated report receives professional human review.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your private submissions to build public case studies, testimonials, data products, or marketing audiences without separate appropriate permission. LinkSphere does not use your private submissions to train general-purpose AI models. Service-provider handling, including any permitted operational retention, is described in our current Service Providers notice; we select and configure providers to support the purposes stated here.
Who processes information
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, private storage, calculations, AI-assisted report generation, payment processing, email delivery, security, and customer support. Our linked Service Providers page identifies the providers actually enabled, their purpose, the relevant data categories, and links to their notices. A development tool’s presence does not mean every customer answer is sent to it; the page distinguishes development access from runtime processing.
Your confirmed business answers or relevant document excerpts may be processed by our configured AI provider to generate the playbook. Delivery providers process your verified email address and the report/email content needed to deliver it. Stripe receives information required for payment and operates under its own payment/privacy terms. Google handles correspondence sent to our Gmail support inbox.
Owner-side Airtable logging transfers only the selected operational fields needed to manage your service; it does not authorize a public client database. We may share information when necessary to obey lawful requests, protect rights/security, investigate suspected fraud, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate protections and legally required notice or consent. We do not grant providers permission to publish your report.
Cookies and communications
The app uses necessary session/authentication storage and security technology to keep you signed in, preserve your draft, confirm purchases, and prevent abuse. Stripe and sign-in providers may use necessary technology in their own interfaces. The Cookie and Communications notice describes any optional analytics if later enabled. Nonessential tracking and advertising are disabled unless an appropriate choice and notice are provided. We honor applicable privacy preference signals.
Account, payment, playbook-delivery, security, and support messages are service communications. Purchasing a playbook does not subscribe you to promotions. Marketing choices, if offered later, are optional and separate. You can stop marketing without losing access to your paid report or essential order communications.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only for the disclosed service, recovery, security, and legal purposes, using the following schedule:
| Information | Retention rule |
| --- | --- |
| Unpurchased abandoned drafts | Delete after 90 days without activity, unless you resume or request earlier deletion. |
| Original uploaded business files | Delete within 30 days after successful extraction and your review, unless you expressly choose to keep them for an active service; you can request earlier removal. Confirmed extracted answers follow the report/draft schedule. |
| Account, confirmed answers, paid reports, and saved scenarios | Keep while the account is actively used for this service. After 24 months without account activity, give at least 30 days’ notice before deleting eligible inactive-account content. A legal hold or open service dispute may delay relevant deletion. |
| Support records | Generally up to 24 months after a request is resolved, unless a continuing issue or legal requirement justifies longer retention. |
| Routine operational/security logs | Generally up to 90 days, with a documented extension for a specific security incident. |
| Limited payment, refund, tax, and related dispute records | Up to 7 years where needed for legitimate accounting, tax, dispute, or legal purposes; keep longer only where a specific obligation or legal hold requires it. This does not require keeping the full questionnaire or uploaded files. |
We restrict information retained after an approved deletion request to justified exceptions. Backup copies are not ordinarily used as active records; they expire under the provider-specific backup schedules disclosed on our Service Providers page. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion restrictions must be reapplied. Downloaded PDF copies and emails already received are under the recipient’s control; deleting the app record does not remotely remove those copies.
Your choices and rights
You can edit unpurchased drafts, skip optional questions, use available account export/download tools, and contact globallinksphere@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with consent choices. We verify requests proportionately and do not normally require a government ID. We aim to process straightforward requests within 30 days and follow applicable legal deadlines and permitted extensions.
Depending on your location and the law’s applicability, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, an appeal, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We do not retaliate against you for exercising applicable rights. Withdrawing optional consent affects future processing and does not undo processing already lawfully completed. An account deletion can end future online access; download your report first if you want to keep a copy.
Where a legal basis is required, our purposes generally rely on providing the requested service or contract, complying with legal duties, legitimate interests in secure operations and support, and consent where required for optional activities. Information may be handled in countries where our providers operate. We use required contractual/transfer safeguards where applicable; we do not promise a particular processing country unless specifically disclosed and supported.
Security, age, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, authenticated report access, private storage, and secure transmission. No internet service or email system is risk-free. Report suspected exposure or unauthorized access promptly to globallinksphere@gmail.com. We investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
This service is for adults 18 or older who can enter the relevant agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from children or market financial products to minors. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
We post policy updates with an effective date. We provide additional notice for material changes and seek new consent when required. We do not retroactively repurpose private submissions merely by changing the wording of this notice.
