Business Financial Playbook Terms of Use

These terms cover your use and purchase of the Business Financial Playbook application. By accepting them at account creation or purchase, you agree to these terms and the linked Acceptable Use rules. The Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or unrelated data use.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account and delivery information, protect your sign-in access, and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate another person, share access to private reports without permission, or attempt to access another client’s records.

What the service provides

The app uses your selected answers and, where you choose, reviewed business documents to prepare AI-assisted business planning content. Free previews disclose only limited excerpts. A full purchase includes the completed purchased playbook version, available scenario tools and worksheets, a downloadable PDF, and transactional email delivery after payment confirmation. No physical item is shipped.

Plans are personalized to available evidence, but similar circumstances may yield similar recommendations. We do not guarantee unique copyrightable output, error-free text, exact forecasts, or a specific business result. Facts you omit are treated as unknown or clearly labeled assumptions. You remain responsible for checking factual accuracy and deciding whether to implement an action.

This is educational business planning. LinkSphere does not, through this purchase, provide licensed accounting, tax, legal, investment, insurance, lending, debt-settlement, credit-repair, securities, or other regulated services. We do not manage funds, execute investments, make lending decisions, apply for funding on your behalf, or promise grants, profits, income, business success, or a return on investment. Material regulated decisions require an appropriately qualified professional and current sources.

Price and purchase confirmation

The complete purchased version costs $1 USD, once. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. We do not add a processor surcharge. Applicable tax, if required and configured for your purchase, is included within the displayed $1 total. Checkout must disclose the amount before payment. Your bank may apply separate currency-conversion charges outside our control if you pay using a non-USD account.

Stripe processes the payment using its payment interface. Payment is not confirmed to the app merely because you visit a success URL. After paying, return to the application so our backend can verify your purchase, unlock the full playbook, and start delivery. If you close the browser before returning, sign back in, open My Playbooks, and select Confirm My Purchase. An already successful purchase of the same version does not require another charge.

A processing, failed, canceled, disputed, or refunded transaction may require verification or support before access is granted. We do not treat a pending transaction as settled. Contact support rather than paying again if you believe payment completed but access is missing. Our Delivery and Refund Policy explains recovery and refunds.

Scope, access, and changes to a playbook

One purchase covers one reviewed intake snapshot and the completed report generated from it. Downloads, included scenario calculations, delivery retries, and repairs of a defective report do not create another charge. A materially changed new questionnaire can create a new draft; any separate paid generation must be clearly presented and authorized before payment. No fee is charged merely because you edit an unpurchased draft.

Your downloaded report can be kept and used after download, subject to lawful use and third-party rights. Online storage and access follow our stated account/retention rules; there is no promise of perpetual hosting. We will give the notice described in the Privacy Notice before eligible inactivity deletion. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and a practical export opportunity where feasible, and address undelivered paid orders under the Refund Policy.

Your content and report use

You retain your rights in your business information, uploaded content, and pre-existing intellectual property. Provide only material you have permission to use. You grant LinkSphere and the providers needed to perform the service a limited license to process, format, store, and deliver that material for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Notice. This does not authorize public marketing use or unrestricted resale of your submissions.

You may use, adapt, and share your purchased report for your own business, including with advisers and collaborators you choose. LinkSphere retains its rights in its software, brand, general templates, and proprietary methods. The purchase does not grant access to hidden system prompts, source code, other clients’ content, or the right to resell the application or publish its underlying template as your own product. These terms do not claim ownership over facts, public-domain materials, traditional cultural knowledge, or rights the law does not grant.

Respect third-party intellectual property and verify permissions before commercializing an asset suggested in your plan. AI-assisted output may not qualify for exclusive protection and is not a legal clearance opinion.

Lawful use and service protection

Follow the linked Acceptable Use rules. Do not use the service for fraud, payment/card testing, unlawful discrimination, deceptive earnings claims, recruitment-funded schemes, spam, unauthorized collection of personal data, malware, or bypassing access/provider restrictions. Do not request prohibited professional services disguised as business planning.

We may refuse a prohibited request, restrict a risky upload, or suspend access proportionately to protect people, accounts, or legal/platform obligations. Where reasonable, we provide the reason and a way to contact support. An urgent security or legal risk may require immediate action. Suspension does not erase statutory rights or give us an unrestricted right to keep money for an undelivered service. Refund eligibility and the facts of the transaction still apply.

Availability, accuracy, and responsibility

The app depends on hosting, payment, AI, authentication, and email providers. Interruptions or delays can occur. We will provide reasonable support and the remedies described in our Refund Policy for failed delivery or defective service. We do not guarantee continuous access or a business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for speculative profits or business decisions made solely from unverified projections. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer, privacy, fraud, or other nonwaivable protections. These terms do not impose forced arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive foreign forum. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain available.

Changes and contact

Changes apply prospectively and will be posted with an effective date; material changes receive reasonable notice where required. The price or refund terms for an already purchased version will not be made less favorable retroactively. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.
